Hemant manages the Shared Services and Dev Platform Ops teams at Zendesk. He's been at Zendesk for about 3 years now and prior to Zendesk, Hemant has managed at Site Reliability and Systems Engineering teams at Amazon and Facebook.

Andrew Mulholland Director of Engineering at BuzzFeed

Andrew is the director of engineering for core infrastructure at BuzzFeed. Prior to BuzzFeed, he held technical leadership positions at Expedia, Betfair, and a number of startups. Andrew has extensive experience in the engineering of - and waking up from pages due to - complex distributed systems. His focus at BuzzFeed is to build a resilient and secure infrastructure to enable them to safely experiment faster. When eating twix bars, he only eats the left ones.

Kiran Ambré Senior SRE Team Lead at Atlassian

Kiran manages the SRE team at Atlassian that is responsible for the availability and reliability of the Confluence Cloud offering from Atlassian. Prior to Atlassian, he and his team were responsible for supporting the premium advertising platform at Yahoo!. He has over 15 years experience in managing production operations for large-scale and complex integrated Enterprise, CRM and Middleware applications.
